By accessing and using Sphere Mint ("the Platform"), you accept and agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use this service.

2. Description of Service

Sphere Mint is a daily earning platform where users complete video tasks to earn money. Our services include:

• Daily video task assignments (14 videos per day) that reset every 24 hours
• Tiered investment plans with daily return rates
• A referral program that pays 46.7% commission on referred users' starting deposits
• A digital wallet for managing deposits, earnings, and withdrawals

3. User Accounts and Registration

To access our services, you must register for an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
• Not create multiple accounts to abuse the platform or referral system
• Be at least 18 years of age to use our services

4. Plans and Earnings

Our earning plans are subject to the following terms:

• Plans are activated only after your deposit has been reviewed and approved by our team
• Daily earnings are unlocked by completing all 14 assigned video tasks
• Partial task completion does not qualify for the full daily return
• Tasks reset every 24 hours regardless of whether previous tasks were completed
• Daily return rates are as stated per plan and are subject to change with prior notice

5. Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the platform are governed by the following:

• Deposits must be made using accepted payment methods and accompanied by proof of payment
• Deposits are manually reviewed and approved by our team — this may take up to 24 hours
• Withdrawal requests are processed manually and subject to review
• We reserve the right to request additional verification before processing withdrawals
• Transaction fees may apply as disclosed on the platform

6. Referral Program

Our referral program is subject to the following conditions:

• You earn 46.7% of the starting deposit of any user who signs up via your referral link
• Referral commissions are credited once the referred user's deposit is approved
• Self-referrals or fake referrals will result in immediate account termination
• We reserve the right to modify referral rates with prior notice
• There is no limit to the number of users you can refer

7. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

• Use bots, scripts, or automated tools to complete video tasks
• Create multiple accounts to abuse the referral or earning system
• Submit false or manipulated payment proof for deposits
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Use the platform for any illegal or fraudulent activity
• Provide false or misleading information at registration or verification

8. Privacy and Data Protection

Your privacy is important to us. Our collection and use of personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

9. Account Suspension and Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, including but not limited to fraud, abuse of the referral system, or fake task completion. You may also request account closure by contacting our support team.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sphere Mint shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages including loss of earnings arising from your use of the platform.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes via email or through the platform. Your continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Sphere Mint operates, without regard to conflict of law principles.
